Refinancing
What to compare when refinancing a property-secured loan in Thailand, the costs that may apply and how the process is coordinated.
What is Refinancing?
You take a new loan from a different lender to pay off an existing property-secured loan: the old mortgage is discharged and a new one is registered on new terms.
We provide consultation and help coordinate mortgage, khai fak and refinancing transactions. We are not a bank, lender, mortgagee or khai fak buyer, and we do not approve credit.(information awaiting confirmation)
