Sale with right of redemption (khai fak)
How khai fak works: ownership passes to the buyer at registration, you may buy the property back within the legal redemption period, and the costs and risks to understand before signing.
What is Khai fak?
You sell the property with the right to buy it back within the redemption period (at most 10 years for real estate). Ownership passes to the buyer on the day the sale is registered.
We provide consultation and help coordinate mortgage, khai fak and refinancing transactions. We are not a bank, lender, mortgagee or khai fak buyer, and we do not approve credit.(information awaiting confirmation)
